Let’s Talk Race: Speakout

The Let’s Talk Race Book Club will be holding a Speak Out on August 20th, Sept. 3rd, and Sept. 17th. This will take place in front of the St. Clairsville courthouse tentatively 1-3 pm. We will be reading various speeches from Civil Rights Leaders, abolitionists, etc.
