Do your kids need something to do for New Year’s? Bring them to the St. Clairsville Sunrise Rotary Club’s Noon Year’s Eve Bash! Located at the Ohio Valley Mall on December 31st from 10-12:30pm.
Bring your children and enjoy a balloon drop at noon, playing time at Tilt Studio, magic shows, balloon art, face painting, magic show, arts and crafts, a DJ, and other goodies! Cost is only $5 per child. **Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.**
