R.L. Strength & Conditioning Motivational Bash

Only 5 more days until the Ohio Valley is rocked with the most amazing, positive, motivational event that our area has ever seen! And the best thing is, it’s FREE to attend. Come out this Sunday, Sept. 3rd starting @ 1pm at Bellaire High School. This is going to be an event that you don’t want to miss! Speakers will include Elec Simon (one of Ohio’s own and now based out of Orlando, FL Elec is a worldwide motivational emcee that spreads the word of respect, love, & believing in yourself), Mark Coleman (first ever UFC champion), Seth Shaffer ( 1st welterweight world bare Knuckle champ modern-day) Bill Schmitt Jr (owner of Holistic Cloud), 2 musical performances by two of the Ohio Valley’s own talent Isaiah Keez & Young Mac and 2 uplifting motivational comedian performances by Matthew Cooper and Mike Usemick.
