Yoga Class and a Glass
Heather Eddy will lead an accessible yoga class for all levels. We will practice
various breathing techniques that will help to balance our energy and connect
with our inner self. We will use the breath as a tool to calm the mind and open
our hearts — a welcomed break from our chaotic and busy world. During the
asana portion of the class, we will move through a gentle and flowing
sequence of poses that will help us to connect with our breath, body, and
heart. We will move mindfully through each pose. The class will end with a
brief guided meditation that will help us cultivate a sense of peace. After
class, you are invited to share a wine slushy or glass of wine* with
like-minded community who enjoy vino and vinyasa.
