The St. Clairsville Rec Center offers winter activities including: Roller Hockey (running now through March 10); Winter Pickleball (Jan. 11- March 30); Indoor Soccer (starting Feb. 13) and Mover’cise. Martins Ferry Rec Center, 401 S. 4th St., Martins Ferry. The Veterans Memorial Recreation Center is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Daily admission price is $2. The Rec Center is available for rent and hosts a variety of activities. Monthly rates are: Senior: $10; Single: $15; Family, $30. The center room rental rates are: Dining Room (4 hrs): $50 + $50 deposit; Gym Party (4 hrs): $75 + $75 deposit; Wedding Reception: $350 + $150 deposit.
