Wally’s Pizza

Here at Wally’s Pizza we partially bake our house-made crust to crispy, golden perfection and allow it to cool. We add our house tomato sauce and a layer of freshly shredded provolone cheese before finishing it off in the oven. 

This is where our concept takes a turn. Once we remove the piping hot pizza from the oven, we add fresh toppings and garnish it with another layer of fresh provolone.
